It's taking a lot more time than we'd all like to resolve the issue but we are working with Sony to resolve the issue.

There are alternate ways of nudging on iOS. In the Menu > Options: Nudge can be changed from Touchscreen, Shake, Swipe, or Off. Generally I find it a lot easier with a controller.
