If I were Arcooda, I'd be waiting until I had a decent enough number of orders from the US before shipping from China, just to keeps costs down to some degree. I have no idea how many of these things they expect to sell (I presume they're pushing to other pin/arcade fans other than this site...
The i7-2600 is getting on for 7 years old. I have one in my PC and while it's still serviceable, I'm looking at replacing it later this year (and, by necessity, my motherboard and RAM at the same time). (You're also getting an older GPU in the GTX960.)
The i5-6400 is a far newer processor...
If it helps, nVidia also has an FPS counter (kinda assume AMD does too, but I haven't used an AMD card for a few years now). It's under the recording (Shadowplay) settings in the nVidia GeForce Experience app. You can have both the Steam and nVidia FPS counters running and set to different...
I would expect that. TPA is best run with vSync on since it is capped at 60fps anyway. No point trying to make it do something it won't do, any modern GPU will easily run 60fps even at max DSR resolutions.
Yeah, but the only trouble is I can't figure out how to see scores for the individual tables. Normally I'd go to the website but that option isn't available for this tournament.
So I've posted scores on both tables but I've no idea how much I need to improve.
Also, MoT keeps crashing on me.
Iron Maiden: yeah, shiny new toy recency bias at work, but Maiden was the first live gig I ever attended and I've been a fan for going on 30 years, so yeah. Edd-ie! Edd-ie! Edd-ie!
Metallica: I've played it the most of this list (and it's the only one I've put significant amounts of cash...
I've always maintained a ZZ Top pin could look awesome and I think their music fits pinball pretty well (see Getaway, The).
A new Jurassic Park/World update ought to be in the works - surprised it hasn't been so far.
How about a Minecraft pin? Steel cubes instead of steel balls? Umm okay...
What, a software company making an impressive-looking demo that was thrown together overnight and barely holds together just to impress potential buyers? As if anyone would ever stoop to such a thing!
Hold my beer....
Jurassic Park is a must.
Tommy isn't far behind.
I quite like Rocky & Bullwinkle, so that's in.
TFTC was fun, that's in.
Finally I'll take Guns N Roses, while I didn't like the game so much, it has the soundtrack :)
