    November mobile tournament is up!

Does anyone believe that 198M on EATPM is possible in 20 minutes. Tarek had 93M in the PC tourney. 93M in 20 is phenomenal so 198M seems a little fishy.

What do YOU play pinball for ?

At first I played TPA just because I love pinball. Then I joined in the tournaments and quickly became pretty obsessed with doing the best I could in those. Then I found this forum which lead me to invitros list. The list is my new obsession. Many many hours trying to improve on high scores...

(An attempt at) The top 40 TPA players from leaderboard scores

I'm sure this must be the case. If all platforms were equal then it would seem the top 5-10 scores would be equally represented. I still think that pure talent and the outright sheer will to get to that level surely must be a factor also.

I nudge a lot. Not that hard on an iPad. Just a little swipe of the thumb. I obviously don't have the scores like you or vikingeric or Tarek either. Probably you guys have way more talent than I do regardless of platform. Slam,Gus and Toolnit have some pretty high scores and are all mobile...

Top 5-10 Pinballs every made - Pro talk

Ok. Guess I'm out of this discussion as I've only had the opportunity to play 3 or 4 of TPA's tables in real life.

I tried to play on my kids Playstation and sucked really really bad. The boy and his friends were laughing at me cause I told them I was pretty good at this game. I guess it's just what you are used to and comfortable with.

I really like FT. Straight up game. Not a game with deep rules but rewards quality shots. Really fun in a tourney when you're under the gun in time limitation. Multiball is the way to score big but very deadly trying to shoot that Superjackpot captive ball.

I have mine in an otterbox. Let's just say my temper can get the better of me sometimes. Enough said.

Thanks Fungi. I'm not sure if going smaller to the mini would mess you up but I don't think so. For me anyway I find the screen big enough. It doesn't get too heavy over a long period of time. As long as you can rest your arms on a table or counter too it's all good.

Yeah if you just wanted to play Borg multi ball you could put up a damn good score by only doing that. I'm of coarse assuming that's how you got that score.

This is very true. Lighting the multiball locks after the second time is pretty difficult as it will time out after the second hit on the lite standup. You have about 5 seconds to hit the lock standup or you have to start over again. In STTNG if you can grab a bunch of artifacts thru the video...

Hey Tarek. I started out playing on a phone and really enjoyed the game. I'm not a PC kinda of a guy. Then I picked up an iPad mini and the results were night and day. My scores went up large . Huge difference between the 2. I've been considering going to a full iPad but it seems a little bulky...
