I always look at pinball in a probability kind of way. Like, say you do 100 attempts at a certain goal. If you reach 80% of that goal some 5% of your attempts you will have x% chance of actually achieving the goal after a while. That probability typically increases since you get more skilled...
I just had my worst game ever, after trying for hours (literally hours) of getting the 500 k bonus goal on Going Nuts I actually raised the timer to 303 seconds but it took the ball longer than 3 hours to drain so I had to continue, only to drain at 240+ something.
Before that I was trying...
Thanks for the support :)
I have literally spent hours and hours on cracking at least one of these goals (only have 4 WG left, where 2 are on this table). Just the fact that I have been so close makes it so much more annoying, cause it keeps bringing me back for more punishment. Punishment I...
I totally agree, it would be so much easier to get some random captive ball hits and some extra drop target hits if the bumpers would be fine.
There is something off with the upper left flipper as well, it is absolutely impossible to hit the captive ball after the top loop. I mean, literally...
So bloody frustrated now. Actually got over 303 seconds but it took more than those extra seconds to drain down so I had to continue playing. Played an additional 5-10 minutes up and down the 250+ but finally drained.
I hate this table so much. But I hate even more to be "beaten" by it...
The trick is to restart every game thatvwont make you score at least 50s on the first three ball run. If I drop below that on a single ball run i just let it drain. Its no point hasseling with two balls back and forth to gain 20s and then lose 20s.
During multiball i always try to shoot for...
...it seems, after some testing, the first nut in the row don't give any bonus so the nut-bonus is only 200 k so one has to get 300 sec in order to get the 500k bonus goal.
I got all nuts lit and the extra ball was lit, had about 260 sec left and purposedly drained to collect the 500k bonus goal but it was not ticked off! Do I count wrong or shold the lit nuts not count for 250k?
I am not really sure I "get" the theme on this table. This must be pre-Twister, right? I didn't realize there was enough buzz about storm chasing before then to actually create a storm chaser-table. But many of the targets and goals doesn't really seem to have anything to do with storm chasing...
Now, this is one difficult Wizard Goal. I thought I had it set up to tick it off but I guess I don't understand exactly how this is done.
1. First I had the 3rd row lit.
2. Shot another row of bats
3. Both 3rd and 4th was lit
4. Shot another row of bats. Only 3rd row was lit. All bats were...
Thanks, I actually managed to get the Bonus goal by accident on a good run.
Re: the ZomB bonus. What is one actually supposed to hit? It seems like the lit target but it doesn't seem to collect the bonus. It seems quite random what you hit what will actually collect that bonus.
Any...
Great tutorial, thanks!
So, you re-activate multiball by shooting all drop targets on both sides (my instructions don't work).
Could anyone explain how to get the Bonus goal?
Feels like I am bashing and complaining about nearly every single table nowadays but FS is really delivering low quality tables at the moment. Gottlieb tables are among the worst out there so why bring so many of them into tPA? Cheap licenses?
In my opinion C1812 is a Gottlieb version of all...
How can you keep the ball alive for that long? The outlanes are drain monsters and the center is quite mean (especially when coming from up the bumpers). Halfway shots up the ramps are deadly, and even good shots up the ramp could sometimes fail.
How on earth do you manage to even get above 50M...
Man, these goals were really difficult. The bat-o-meter targets are quite difficult to hit, the bonus-meter I really don't get...and above everything, this table is a drain monster!
Hi,
Since Co1812 crashes upon launching the instructions on iPad1 could anyone post the instructions for the Wizard Goals for Co1812. Just a brief would be enough!
