Some more early Sega quick takes... Maverick was very simple but I really enjoyed it and always played a couple of games when I saw it. Batman Forever had severe mechanical problems, I played several of them but I never found a working one. I liked Apollo 13 pretty well except for the silly...

Well I figured out R911 enough to put up a 31B. But I really haven't figured it out at all. I know enough to get MB going and try to ride the 300M train... but I'm not sure how to light the lock, or if the short left lane gives jackpots or just raises the jackpot, and I didn't bother with any...
Maybe, I'm not sure it's all that much better than LAH, but I don't remember either well, although I played both a ton. Anyway, being the best DE of its era isn't any big deal. Let's say its era is all DE DMD's until Tales from the Crypt, which I think several people put as starting a new...

First impression: yuck. All the shots feel awful. The sound and DMD are much better than similar Premiers though. I'll play some more to see if I can figure it out. I don't know if there is a TPA table that does a worse job of explaining what a player should do.
FWIW, I'm not complaining, just joking around. By now I trust Farsight to choose tables, and if I'm less excited for one in twenty, well surely other people are excited for that one.
I'm pretty much picking on R911 because I think it's funny how little we have to complain about with recent...
I'd love to see Stargate, like to see Big Hurt... and I'd personally would love to see Waterworld, Mario Andretti, and Barb Wire, as I've never played them. :) Probably Stargate is the only legitimately good one of these though.
Wow, I guess you should listen to him more because that BK2K is great! Now I'm wondering if you're gonna keep doing more of these... I need a new CD to drive my car to. ;) Thanks so much for doing & posting these!
