No it isn't meridian. The underlying tech emulates the latest Stern tables using direct Stern code. This is different to TPA that emulates ROMs. The performance requirements are therefore far greater than TPA.

Is it a screen sync issue like you sometimes see on consoles. I know the HDMI lag on some consoles was terrible.
