After completing all standard goals I will get a message that Wizard goals are activated but when I play another game it's all back to Standard goals again (none marked). :(

That happened to me as well (have only been playing offline)! It's a horrible bug! All high scores and goals are reset when the games is completely rebooted (turned off and then on). FFS!
