Needs a small fan that blows the smell of candy at you.
I watched a bit of the feed the other day, looks like a lot of fun. Doesn't seem to have any one shot that you just spam over and over either.
Good points I hadn’t thought of. Zen is planning for a commercial grade cab to go into locations, and I have to wonder if that behemoth they had at SWCC isn’t exactly that.
I’ve sent my current findings off to Zen for a response. I have an article written on how to get the most from the app, just need to wait for comment in case changes are on the way. I’m having almost as much fun with my data as I am playing the app! Kidding. Sorta.
I don't think you'd find a single person on the planet who would go, "nah, I'll just download this $10 3 pack instead of spending $8000 on a full size table" if they are pinball collectors. Those that can afford a new Stern, buy new Sterns. Those that can't afford one, are simply never going to...
Have they got a good proper cab mode going for the Williams tables? Gregg from SpaciesArcade seemed to indicate that there’s still no backglass or DMD support, as well as visual things like the table moving when nudged, which instead it should be locked since the actual cab would be moving.
There’s only 110 BBB in existence, right? I know where at least 3 are here in California! Only 8 or 10 Kingpin were ever made, and one of the guys I know with BBB has that too. Should inquire about what Capcom are at the Budapest Museum.
I just posted about this myself. So I'm not the only one, and it's been like this all day. Bethesda Pinball is affected too, but none of the other Zen apps.
I can play Arcade Mode for the 9 tables I've unlocked fully, but that last table requires a connection to play.
All day today I've not been able to play the app due to an error message that states "There was a connection error to the Game Server. Please try again later." Anyone else seeing this on their iPhone?
I have had it pop up for a second or two in the past, but this has been persistent today. I...
I enjoyed the Meg, because it knew it was silly. Sorta like how I felt about Hurricane Heist. So long as the movie knows not to take itself seriously, I can go for the ride. Plus, Statham is awesome. Would love to see him go mano y mano with Keanu.
I get what you’re saying, but Zen has other games than pinball so the lack of creativity isn’t an issue. They are now more synergistic, looking to share assets between departments. That’s why I’m saying we’ll probably see Operencia as a table soon, as it’s getting a lot of love for being a well...
Zen designer Thomas Crofts when asked, and I completely agree, said that Super League Football and Aliens would make for fantastic real world tables! I'll have to see where that conversation goes with Mel, and how much I'll even be able to make public. If you see me in the coming weeks being...
For as much of a cheerleader I was over the years for TPA, I loathe SPA. It is a clunky mess on Steam that even while using a controller, I'd have to use my mouse for navigation some times. I literally have 4 hours of playtime on it according to Steam.
Yeah, it's tough creating an original IP and then getting people to buy into it. I think that's why Zen did so many licenses with just a smattering of original IPs after they started doing Marvel. I mean they have to create all the art assets, come up with story, and then design a table. I need...
May as well have all the platforms represented!

Yes, I realize this thread has been done before HERE as I just compiled the list and added it to the original post. Thing is, that was one of the oldest threads on...
Stern contracted FarSight to do Stern Pinball Arcade, so it might not affect it at all. Then again, I'm sure sales of it have cratered and FarSight isn't updating or releasing for it anymore. Stern VR is an Oculus exclusive and probably would remain untouched. Stern disappearing from TPA, man...
I'm setting up an interview with Mel once more, you'd better believe I'm asking if he's just messing with us or if it's a hint of things to come. My only worry is what this might mean for all the Williams SS/Alpha Numeric tables, as clearly Zen prefers DMD.
Zen already has licenses for quite a...
Nope, they’re wisely holding on to them. They have about 10 set up in their conference room, another 20 on site at a local bar, and then there’s this sad image down in storage...
