and thinking of astrophysics, i can't leave one of my faves out... fact that he's got a degree, maybe that's why he's able to come up with such brilliant guitar chording!
"Brian Harold May, CBE (born 19 July 1947) is an English musician, singer, songwriter and astrophysicist best known as the...
nice! wish it were worth it for me to try to invest in one; i dunno where i'll be in six months at this point... likely a totally iced-over night sky, probably.
ah well! that tele looks really sweet; probably good 'nuff to see the rings of saturn, or jupiter's moons, or the comets coming by as of recent... would be neat if they could make a nice little tabletop like that that could auto-align itself when powered up for an equitorial. ah, telescopes...
well personally, i'm likin' all three of those! bone busters is "1812" without such "barfed-up" looking artwork (although i like that sick shiz!); gladiators is now gonna be a "when i'm feeling homesick" play, since i moved away from home... and al's has a certain coolness for sure, though, yes...
a new "telly-scopey-scope?" ;0 very kewl! if it's that quick to set up, guess it's not a motorized polar-aligned kind (well, that's still kewl!)
i'd just like a good halfway pro equitorial mount with a good variable motor to do flyovers of the ISS, or of iridium flares... do some neat vids or...
yeah mamebase - thanks for reminding me of that one; i did have that happen to me too, using the back button made the rest of the screen view blank out, but left the back button visible... app was hung up then, so i quit, and think it slipped by "crash reporter" (cr didn't notice it as a crash...
"bonebusters" finally dl'd ok for me - but maybe only because i went into "manage tables" and deleted it; it reported a present file, but only at 0.0 meg/k or something... so my local of it got hung up probably somehow. yahoo!

btw, something i forgot to mention...
hey flippy, that's freakin' awesome!! :) i'll try them out... (i didn't seem to have any ish's with gladiators myself, but kewl if you addressed something i missed... i moved too far away to visit the laundry where they had a real one installed... kinda miss it now!)
hey just a post-note as i...
welll, mac tpa's got some ish's!
both al's and "dr. who-masters" have bunked-up sound packs; sounds waaaaayyy sssslllllooooowwed dooowwnn! (sample rates aren't matched up correctly in both of those, i'm guessing?)
al's: cam doesn't correctly go down to ball-launch view when necessary... ball...
well at the very, very least... tonight "we" (those of us especially in the western hemisphere, without brilliiantly-portfolioed or multi-nationalized enough by now to profit upon the chaos uponcoming...) ... currently, ...
... have ...
... THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS...
turn it up...
for more "buckaroo banzai" madness... kevin smith onstage, interview john "wharfin" lithgow and peter "buckaroo/robocop" weller! some -crazy- brilliant stuff here...
never knew there were any two shows like them! crazy... i just don't go anymore for much episodic stuff; 'fraid i'm getting too old to want to get into new "series" anything anymore. none of them are nearly as cool as anything like the first ten or so mins of "buckaroo banzai"... you just can't...
;0 dangm man, you got heretic's job. ;) i'm envious! (you for real, and not another hack-job in here? ;0 think maybe these forums-all should maybe start getting the htttps: treatment, though i've got my own still stupid reservations about it... onwards into the future!)
;0 just because i couldn't think of a more explicit thread to put this one on at the moment...
... ;) if you've never, ever, ever heard of negativland's "escape from noise" before... and are a fan of say, daniel johnston, or clever old art-school "tape-cutting" collage music... ;0
and want to...
