I'm not an early buyer at all... so it will be the Last of Us GOTY Edition on PS3! :p (released this November 11th, two years after the original release).
At last, I will know by myself if this game deserves all this praise, or if it's just about hype (as often).
Maybe the fact that you have downloaded the Season Pass first (before the main game) has messed up the whole thing?
TPA has a pretty weird data structure (i.e. when there is a game update, the entire game is redownloaded ; some table data are in the main game, others are in the DLC).
+1.
And it would add some strategy (currently, it's just to wait the last day / last hours of the tournament to put a good score). With the last score, it will be better to put a good score as soon as you can.
oops, yes, good catch, thanks!
The next version (4.2) will be out when I will know the HOF score for Party Zone.
Maybe the spreadsheet version will be ready too (a lot more convenient to fill, as the HOF points and the overview page are automatically filled).
On my personal highscore list (menu > high scores), only my top score (~24B) is correctly displayed, I don't know why. All my other scores are 9.999.999.990. ?? (unlike tables like BoP or Pin*Bot on which all the highscores are 9.999.990 because of the digit rollover bug)
Oh sorry, I didn't understand what you said (I thought you blamed FS for the delay). So, yes, totally agree with you, SCEE doesn't seem to give much importance when it's FS and TPA.
And when FS complains at SCEE for the delay, SCEE replies that they don't have enough employees to manage all the...
It's not the first time (in Europe, the megapatch were released 2 months after the US), and it will not be the last.
FS said that they submit game updates & and new table packs at the same time in US and EU (we can believe them, I guess...). It's just SCEE stinks... as always...
True.
And FS has stated at the beginning of TPA that the tables are made willingly easier than IRL:
- to allow players to see all the features/modes of a table
- because the table manufacturers want the tables to be easier in TPA (I still don't understand why they stipulate this in the license...
Unfortunately no. There wasn't any game update this past night for europeans, and there's always a game update prior to the release of new tables packs.
For instance, US folks have had a game update on monday night (2.23) and Diner and BSD have been released on tuesday evening on the US PS...
Two updates ago, FlippyFloppy said that the bigger size of the update (~500MB) was due to sound improvements.
But each update are now about 500MB.
I have understood that you have to redownload the whole core pack (4 tables) at each game update (remember it was about 250MB), so there's extra...
At 0'42, your face is hilarious. The ball stucks itself in a such unrealistic way (like there is a magnet).
Whatever, I never encountered those bugs on PS3. Only one time the infinite center kickout on Black Knight.
Unfortunately, FS has said that this table will never be in TPA. Not even a tiny chance.

There's a way that it happens: The Super Mario Bros table crappily modded by FS, with Ramon and Luciano instead of Mario of Luigi. Tacos instead of mushrooms. And so on.
I checked a few minutes ago... you're still ranked in the gold tier! lol
Currently 66th with 149pts, and you're 15th on CFTBL.
Bugs that only FS has the secret. :p
