Yes, I like 'em all. I picked Earthshaker here mainly because I've played the real thing SO much, and so I'm a little tired of it. I may change my mind later... I've gotten a little sick of SC, but I've played it enough to get 24 distinct tokens, so it'd be a little dishonest to call it my...
State what you're confused about, and maybe some of us can help :).
Williams and Bally are the same company, and I'd be shocked if they had different licenses.
I don't think there's any such thing as a main license, but maybe I'm misunderstanding.
The pinball company licenses don't affect...
Big Shot is the most overrated by far.
But High Speed 2 may take its place... we'll see.
You should link to that thread where people here rate all TPA tables 1 to 10. I think that will be the best measure of which tables are highly rated by this community. I don't think any table other than...
I think the grade of "F" on the backglass pic is appropriate.
I haven't played any of these Ballys (except EftLW)... I know I saw them around, but I just said no. Another negative: they look like they probably smell bad.
Even their mid-80s tables like...
- Party Animal
- Hardbody
- Heavy Metal Meltdown
- Black Belt / Karate Fight?
These guys have some of the ugliest backglasses in pinball history. Feast your eyes...
Gack...
I need a barf bag...
Please someone put out my eyes!
At least Hardbody's...
EftLW was my favorite table for a few months when I was a teen, after Victory, in what must have been 1988 so I suppose it was brand-new. I don't remember much about it except that I loved all the gimmicky shots, and I was pretty "good" at it and could usually get a replay. This was in...
I made a list of tables related to Sony products last September. Here it is, I haven't edited it but it may be of some interest.
2014-09-14:
Farsight has a licensing deal with Sony Pictures.
What tables can we expect to see?
TABLE YEAR MANUF MPU...
I wonder if the show will realistically depict what happens to people with severe emotional issues who start using morphine and suboxone. Given Christian Slater's arrests & prison terms relating to drugs and alcohol, certainly the writers won't take drug addiction lightly.
Well I looked at wikipedia and saw this note:
"He regularly uses morphine along with the withdrawal medication suboxone in order to avoid becoming an addict"
So... is the protagonist supposed to be the dumbest guy alive?
Going by memory here, I think the former is fine... you can boost the jackpot with 2 balls, and over different multiballs too. It would be very tough if the jackpot reset when a multiball ended. You only need 3 balls in play, and 3X, when you're ready to collect the 100M times 3.
