We ended up getting tickets on Groupon.com. 68$ for 2 seats. Couldn't pass it up for that. We were in the back, but the Santander arena is pretty small, so even the worst seats are still pretty good.

Went to the Megadeth & Scorpions show with my brother last night. I'm not a huge fan of either band, but they put on a great show. Glad I went. Surprise song of the night - Scorpions doing Overkill (Motörhead classic). Here is the closer from Megadeth.

Many of the new pins rules are overly complicated for my liking. If I have to read a lengthy rulesheet online, or watch a tutorial, then it has probably gone too far for me. Doesn't mean I won't enjoy the pin. But a good portion of the programming will be lost on me at times.

If they are going to leak out, I'd rather Farsight make a game of it. Like when they had altered photos of pins. We had fun figuring them out.

Yeah, I saw the trailer for the Jaws pin. They tried to do the music in a similar style. But it didn't work for me. The rest looked Ok, nothing special.

On the iOS version, some had a few graphic improvements and all were updated to the most recent flipper physics. But overall not a huge difference. Probably less of a diff on console versions. It's all about AC/DC, Star Trek, and Mustang imo.

I think this is the season we get Rollergames. But not for the Halloween table. My crystall ball says... Fathom, Genesis, Rollergames, Pistol Poker, Surf Champ/Buccaneer.

Looking forward to that as well. They usually have Spooky games, so I'm hoping to find Total Nuclear Annihilation there.

Yep, Fathom and Ghostbusters in the near future should keep me from complaining for a good amount of time. A very good new Stern and a classic Bally. The best of both worlds. :) Interested to see what changes come with FX3 though.

I've played it as well. There is one that has shown up at Pinfest the last few years. It is a lot of fun. Fairly easy with long ball times though. So the very good players will get tired of it pretty quickly. The rest of us should enjoy it though.

Yeah, that needs to be done. It's either poor design or poor setup. Either way that must be removed like on a properly adjusted (setup) pin. The pin is plenty hard enough without that kind of silliness.
