I don't think it's necessarily platform support, just that it's a huge chunk of change. I hope it can make it, it would be a shame to lose a potential brand new Lawlor table to "what could of been,"
The first 10 games got greenlighted today, so it's already working out for some. Some games didn't even have 100% of votes needed, Project Zomboid was around 30% and was one of the games greenlit. If you go to check it out, definitely show some love for Pro-Pinball!
I'm going to buy them all, it was going to be my main platform until I caved and got the 360 version. I might wait for a steam sale though since this could get expensive quick.. but on the other hand I want to support anyone keeping classic gaming alive.
I only know a couple of these tables (maybe about 6 or 7 of them) but I'd love to see some older tables too. I love the toys and gadgets and all the modes of newer tables, and even more all the music, voice clips and dmd animations, but they don't have the same awesome art and themes I love so...
I don't think it's getting a huge flood of traffic at all. Many people on steam are probably not voting out of disinterest or confusion - not to mention those of us who were interested were just buried under a pile of mediocre entries. I myself won't browse it regularly, but rather will go...
I've never seen it before, but it looks really cool! The video is great in that it shows a ton of different angles:

It would be awesome to have on TPA, but I bet the license costs a bundle, especially since the new series took off. Maybe one day though!
If you can't sell them but need to get rid of them, why not GIVE them away? I guarantee every one of those machines would have found a new home. Just require that people arrange their own transportation and watch them disappear! Damn, Street Fighter II, Tempest, ugh. I mean, the original...
Looks like greenlight might be a rough ride, it looks like you need around 140,000 positive votes to get greenlighted, if my math and understanding is correct. I took one of the higher rated games, Project Zomboid, and it says it's 6% of the way there, and that 8359 list it as a "favorite." My...
On the 360, if you view the instructions, there's a pretty distracting background loop. Not sure if it's as designed or not, but to me it sounds like something may be wrong with the sound file or it's playback. I even rebooted the xbox and restarted TPA just to make sure, but it remained the...
Spelling HAREM didn't start multiball for me. It gave me the standard goal I was shooting for, but multiball didn't start. I even shot an extra ball around the harem loop to make sure, it just started spelling at "H" again.
Watching OP's video, the voices are really uncool to me. If I were a biker, I would probably think this was pretty lame. I'm also not a big fan of licensed music in either video games or pinball, preferring original music when possible. I might get the pack down the line for Taxi, but this...
You're from WV? Make a trip to Baltimore and stop by the Pin Museum, they have it along with all of his other games (I think). Not too bad of a drive for a road trip one day.
Oh wow, really? That bothers me a little, Which two songs? and what happens when they are supposed to play during gameplay? replaced with another song? silence?
I'm really looking forward to having both this and TZ to play at home. I noticed a few websites are starting to get the word out already, and it's only been one day and we have over a third of the goal. Seems like a sure bet. If they release this, TZ, and TPA on steam I'll snatch them all up...
I didn't even know about the pro pinball KS. Awesome! More pinball for me, always wanted to try those oft venerated tables. It's pretty cool that Pat Lawlor is making them a new table. Farsight, you know what to do! Go hire Steve Ritchie! :)
