You can't highlight the box anymore; you have to click the box, THEN type. I can enter my email and password just fine.

I believe all tables will be available at launch. New updates available at the same time as mobile. Patches are an exception; they can do so whenever they want with Steam, unlike other hosts. Season Packs will cost a whole bunch less in the long run, so it might be a good idea to get them.
