We have a handful of the tables setup and working. A bunch more need the camera's done.
Then we need to do some tuning with the accelerometer and nudge/tilt.
Xbox 360 and new tables have been taking up my time, so I don't have an ETA yet.
Are they they only purchases you are having issues with? Did you buy them in game, or get them as kickstarter rewards, or from purchasing season passes?

A few months ago I added touch support and then got messages about the game crashing on XP. So yes, some people still have it.
I can't stop supporting it because if someone had XP and bought tables, it would be unfair if an update caused them not to be able to play anymore.

Worth checking to see if your GPU is set to a lower refresh rate than 60 hz/fps.
Pinball actually is more taxing than you would think. Everything you look at is within a few feet. Most games hide low rez textures because you don't stand 3 feet away from stuff. They can also occlude parts of the environment by good level design. There isn't much you can occlude in Pinball.

This will also backup your high scores and goals, etc.

You'll still keep ownership. Make sure you back up your entire save folder if you ever plan to install it fresh (and our servers no longer existed).
Actually I suggest backing up your save folder for any and every game you own in case something happens to your PC.
There are NDA issues with how Steam works which is why I can't explain details. Explaining details is kinda like asking a bank the details of how they keep info secure.
There is no time limit on playing in offline mode. I think what happened in this case was the ownership query returned...
