I also agree that the XB controller is the way to go. I will wait a few updates and see if the lag on the PS3 is resolved at all, but if not then I am going to have to pick up the 360 version which kinda sucks since I am primarily a Vita player and would have to buy all the DLC twice instead of...
Although I don't think we would ever be able to see Super Mario Bros simply due to its license, I seem to recall it being a really fun table to play. The last time I played on was at a pinball convention although I do have recollections of play one at an arcade in Niagara Falls. It is a shame...
Actionball, I have been trying the focused lamp play like you suggest and am averaging about 40 million per game. I do see the potential in this method but am wondering how you are preventing the ball from getting shot down the left outlane? That is the only real problem that is holding me...
Response 1:
They should have been content with the excitement of TZ. I have already made a donation for TZ and that was under the all or nothing condition of Kickstarter. However once they tack on ST:TNG, the Kickstarter guarantee is no longer valid. If I donate and they do not reach their...
I second this question. The trial version on the 360 plays fine on my tv (game mode, HDMI) yet the PS3 has a very noticeable flipper lag (same tv, gamemode, HDMI).
Personally I think this whole thing has been a big mistake. They should have kept the Kickstarter the way it was and left it at TZ. All this did was introduce confusion and resent within the community. I am really not even a fan of the whole Kickstarter idea this early since several platforms...
It is rather annoying and does really break the game for me. If you take a look at the scores I got on my Vita you will see that I am a decent player with the best being 97th on the leaderboards last time I checked. At first I thought it was a psychological thing but I have had someone who...
As a semi-hardcore pinball fan I can agree with you that waiting for the new tables isn't that bad. However, I think that they run a real danger in losing a great chunk of their audience who cannot get the same value out of 4 tables as compared to someone who wants to see all of the modes and...
If you do consider buying it for the PS3, please download the demo first before you buy the full copy to see if your setup experiences flipper lag at all. Personally I bought the game for my Vita and didn't even realize that the game would carry over to the PS3 too, which was a nice surprise...
I too have avoided the Facebook page, but I completely understand why people are starting to get annoyed. When we bought this game back at the start of April the description says that we would be receiving new DLC tables every month. So far that has been a compete lie since it is now June and...
Indeed it is weird to say that a pinball game has no replay value and that is why I listed it as a negative point about the game. The biggest problem I had was that it was far too easy to the point of being able to put up such massive scores on a single ball that I wouldn't even want to play...
I hope that this is case. However, I think that people are up in arms due to the fact that when we bought the game back in early April (I think that is when it released) it was under the pretenses that there would be monthly releases of new tables which sounded awesome. Now it is the start of...
There is another topic in the PS3 section that also seems to point to the DLC being released along with the demo. I am loving the game for my Vita right now and the system in general. Adding a few more tables will be awesome.
