I got my fingers crossed too. Usually I am pretty patient with this kind of stuff, but the fact that DLC 3 has been announced for other systems while we are still on the original 4 tables is starting to get annoying. I understand it is out of the developers hands at this point but those new...
I gotta go with Cyclone. I have played all 3 at pinball conventions and Cyclone is the one that stood out the most for me. Comet was nice, but I want replay value and that table just wouldn't offer enough for me. I couldn't stand playing Hurricane with the ramp going over the flippers and the...
I am not a fan of the series either, but I played quite a bit of ST:TNG at a local bowling alley and it is a very solid pinball machine. It definitely does not need the theme to be appealing.
But would I still qualify to receive both tables with my initial donation? I would love to have ST:TNG as well and would bump up my donation no problem if there was some sort of guarantee like the all or nothing approach for the money needed for TZ.
That was an amazing spike over the last few days and we are already at 51k! It is real exciting knowing that the odds are strongly in our favour that TZ will be coming to The Pinball Arcade.
I too am experiencing some delay or lag with the flippers on the PS3. I have an LG LCD tv and am connected to it through HDMI, but I am very reluctant to blame the tv since my friend brought his 360 over and that version played flawlessly. The lag basically breaks the game because several...
I played both the original with the built in rumble pack and the GBA version. They were both fantastic games and really managed to blend Pokemon and pinball together perfectly. I was really hoping for a third one to be released on the DS, but instead we got the Metroid pinball game which was...
I have looked for that game for the last few years, but have never found it at a price I am willing to pay. Anything I have ever read about the game says that it is not nearly as good as Pinbot so if I might only go for it if I could find it cheap.
This game dominated my childhood getting much more play on our NES than any of the Mario or Mega Man games ever did. I guess that is the reason I have always loved playing Pinbot and look forward to seeing it at conventions. Even though it is a real drain monster and can be very difficult it...
I am sorry if this has been posted before, but a quick search did not turn up any results. One feature that I loved in PHoF: Williams Collection was the Williams Challenge mode where you would progressively play through each of the tables having to meet a scoring goal before moving on...
Personally, I would rather see development time go towards improving the game in other ways such as fixing bugs or making new tables. I know that we never used the multiplayer feature in PHoF: Williams Collection.
