Meow-me-meow-meow!
Its more funny than anything. Loop the left ramp for big points, loop the center ramp for an extra ball and to get everyone in the room meowing along with the game. Its entertaining in that way at least. Probably not high on the list for TPA though.
Its not really any more complicated than the others from the era, its mostly the fun unique layout that makes it great.
An 80s game where your main goal is multi-ball?! Preposterous! ;)
Now you're talkin lol! I'd be happy with 2% of that list for a start.. maybe as a Thanksgiving table to show thanks for our pinball heritage or some crap like that. :D
Yes, we're agreed on that, not that the Williams poll was full of cupcakes either though. SoF is definitely not going to be...
Actually SoF received 112 votes from the 399 people (28%) that voted in the Williams installment of official most wanted poll series, I was one of them. So while not one of the most requested tables it at least had a decent amount of backing. PotO received 55 votes out of 509 voters (10.8%) in...
I use the second lowest as well, except for maybe a handful of tables where I go to either one lower or one higher than 2nd lowest. I usually keep it locked too except for a few tbles where you really need a closer view of upper areas.
I really wish they would have done it with 5 viewing...
I'm in for $50 (the physics altering balls were a must have for me), but might consider upping it to $100 depending on what other information comes out about the gold edition.
Thanks guys. For me its a toss-up between Metallica and AC/DC for gameplay but I'm a big Metallica fan so that gave it the edge. AC/DC may very well be the next game to join the lineup though.
Getaway is really good in real life but I wonder how well its going to translate to TPA. The rules aren't very deep so it may get repetitive. I mean I went through 4 passes of redline mania on the real thing a few days ago, so I wonder how long a good game is going to last in TPA. They're...
This is somewhat true, or at least I'd say its not quite as good as its ratings suggest. In terms of gameplay.. ramp, scoop, ramp, scoop over and over until you cash in the mansion tour.. then do that again. I think the big attraction is the theme integration, especially the showtime intro to...
Actually just scroll down to post #21 and you can see it there too. To me, them actually having the license agreement and saying the kickstarter is imminent is news.
I guess I was in the minority when they were saying it looks like its going to happen and I was thinking "tell me when you...
