This sounds like nonsense. Plenty of games get patches on both consoles.

Had half a dozen Scared Stiff game ending glitches in last few weeks. Table is totally broken. Had a game ending glitch on Ripley's recently.Was on about 100b and making a run at #1.

Had the bug 2 games in a row whilst avoiding multiballs when possible concentrating on Deadheads. PS4 version. Makes me think there's shenanigans for those top scores.

6 months+ console updates. Quality service.

As a young man, one of the first things I'd check on a table was the tilt sensitivity and I'd throw the table side to side checking. Still have the upper body strength, but my legs cannot deal with standing for long periods now.
