This is basically how I feel as well. Head tracking might be a fun addition, or at a minimum an interesting novelty, but it has to be pretty far down the priority list.
What makes it most impressive to me is that you did it with people around watching. I always seem to choke when someone starts watching, or get distracted by paying more attention to what they're doing than my game. Well done finishing the wizard mode with an audience too.
Stargate is very highly regarded and looks really cool but it was listed as a premium table so I'm not sure how much the licensing would be. If there was a way for FS to make it without it needing a big kickstarter I think it would be a great addition.
It sounds like you were playing on some machines with dirty mylar on the playfields and probably beat up balls. I played a couple machines like that and it makes the ball do weird things, occasionally even backing up like a spinning golf ball on the green. That's not the way Sterns usually...
There's already a D&D pinball machine out there. Its mostly known for its great topper. Unfortunately its not very highly regarded in terms of gameplay though.

I'm a long time MtG fan and I agree that it...
I'm just glad that MM will be available for a slightly less crazy price going forward, in case I decide I want one someday. I think its a good thing for pinball as a whole, the prices games were going for were completely out of control.
Its worth noting that they said they also had the rights...
Exactly what I was thinking.
I would concur. Maybe we'll see it on some other powerful platforms down the road but I doubt they'll go back and do it on the PS3 for example.
I could be misunderstanding, but based on what Tabe posted from their FB page about having everyone re-download the whole game in order to get updated files I was taking that as them changing the structure to include the DLC assets in the base game instead. If that was the case then they should...
The Blu-Ray + Blu-Ray 3D combo pack is fairly common for the movies that are available in 3D. Its usually only $5 more than the regular version. I have a few of them although I don't think I've actually watched a full movie in 3D, its just not my thing. I bought the expensive Sony 3D glasses...
I saw the same thing in a couple places. I scrolled through the full leaderboard until I got to the score and the name was listed as (null) so its apparently a missing ID issue. It must have to do with the way the code matches the friends list IDs to the leaderboard with a missing ID causing a...
Unless someone is being disrespectful of FS employees or another forum member there's no reason to give people a hard time about discussing flaws in the game.
You may not have noticed it yet but often the issues included in the master list come from posts in threads like this one. So the...
I think they gave in on that because people claimed it was a privacy issue, since trophies made it possible for anyone to know what games they had played. Its silly but privacy is a hot topic these days so I can see why they acted on it.
I agree - The PSN Store definitely needs work.
Its the frame of processing delay FS built in to facilitate the lighting that people are talking about. Its not actual input delay but has that effect in terms of perception. That one frame equates to 16.6ms that the display is already behind the inputs and physics engine. Its not a lot on...
