THX, I'm really glad that that you'll look into this.
....and a lousy PS
I scaled this to fit my tablet and this should work. But I would like to hear others on this subject. If this happens I don't want to be "the" guy responsible for lousy scheme.
man, I'm so bad at PS so I'll try with words first.
So the idea is to use scheme A as a base, keep the width of the flipper zones as is and the upward nudge as is but make them shorter so that L/R nudge zones are lower, even lower than on scheme E.
thanx for looking into this...
no, G would have width of A and the height shuould be approximately the same as the width. I'm bad at photoshop but there's that grey line just below the original scheme frame. Maybe a bit higher, up to the coin door.
I'm playing in portrait only and nugde zones...
I know, but none of them is exactly what I want. I opened a thread about this once but it didn't go far http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/8412-One-more-touch-scheme-for-portrait
When it comes to controller, I'm not ready to give up the comfort of lying in my bed and playing TPA or...
why all this "tuning" talk. I agree that physics on TPA is far from perfect but where on earth you were able to tune anything on the real machine? Unless it is your own.
Have to say that I'm still not sold on zaccs tables, didn't even play them much but I don't want biger flippers, I don't want...
whoever thinks that 4$ per table is too costly is IMO wrong. Pinball as it was/is is expensive to buy and to operate, even for personal use. So if we want a good digital recreation we should be ready to pay for it. And for 4$ I really don't expect much. Sure, I am complaining about things but I...
sure it is possible, I did it more than 10x but never on the 5th ball. And considering how many times I plunged by now it is statistically impossible. :D
yes, skill shot has nothing to do with skill, just pure luck. Once ball doesn't even leave the plunger lane and the next it goes all the way out although the plunger was pulled almost the same or at least not so much differently. Totally inconsistent.
man, you just spilled the secret of the year. You'll be charged for inside trading or something like that. :D
Seriously, was it so difficult then to welcome this publicly, in the open?
I don't know, I'll rather hear what someone has to say. No matter what they think about this, they can't stop it anyway. Even if it is "illegal" and does mod their code. Here, maybe. But interent is everywhere so this will find a home somwhere else. So why the secrecy?
I respect what FS did for...
while I agree that realism isn't something particulary good here, Cyclon is better when it comes to visibility and far less distracting than CFTBL and for smaller screen this means a lot.
Can't say that I'm interested in this since I don't play on PC but I'm glad for all of you guys that do play on PC. I would like to see something like that for android.
But it's been two weeks now and not a single comment on this from FS. Can't say that I'm surprised.... :( Is it so difficult to...
This is one of those games that I just didn't get. Even scoring that EB was an achievement. And then it was in one tournament and good folks here manage to explain me what is it about and I eventally made some 1.7B and started to like this one very much.
on the one that I used to play mixer was easier, a lot easier. In TPA it's more like that right ramp on AFM, doable but damn hard. You are right abou those other shots also but without mixer this game is pointless. And all other shots I can make before damn mixer.
mixer on Dr. Dude is far more easier to hit on the real thing.
But generally speaking, messing with the ball on the flippers and far more responsive flippers IRL makes real thing easier for me.
sound works very well with this one and it is far better than SST. Since TAF for me isn't THAT good, this one is and most likely will stay as the best one for this season.
