Nice summary.
Except that video mode precedes multiball. Flippers stop and ball(s) drains and instead of scoring multiple millions one ends up shooting stupid werewolfs.
this table has lightning flippers. They are shorter than standard ones by 1/8 of an inch I think. And they sucks. Its not so much because of the wider gap but because much worse ball control on the flipper itself.
I partially agree with this. But as with Premier, Data East had a few good ones. And POTO is on of them. Add to that Tommy, Batman, TFTC, LW3 and GnR. And few others decent ones. But yes, Williams/Bally games from the 90's are much better. DE, than SEGA and from 2000 onwards Stern never had what...
well, it's more than just millisecond or two. Flippers are to slow. On the real thing with new coils you can't even see them move while in TPA..........
did you placed your vote here http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/8014-Totally-UNofficial-quot-Top-10-of-What-s-Left-quot-*BALLY-MIDWAY-NON-LICENSE*
OK, now we are really off here......... I know that. But buttons have advantage over touches for flippers or nudge. I'm using scheme E which has the shortest touch zone. And IMO, it is still to high to comfortably reach the nudge zone. If I place the launch (or any other) button at 20% then it...
and then what? I mean, I am open to all ideas because touch schmes as they are are not good enough. The button has additional function and as on all other tables that have extra buttons or launch buttons with additional functions (T2, magnasave....), placement is an issue for people who play on...
I get that, it has to be there. But can't we get the option to launch just like on other tables? Repositioning hands for launching is uncomfortable.
But please, before all that fix that ball speed issues on the inlines.
yes, button must be in the touch zone and nudge is 100% certain. The question is why do we need to use launch button at all? On other tables touch anywhere on the right is enough.
honestly, none of these actually tickles me. Well, Spiderman, but it is very unlikely for various reasons in the near future so it's not even worth dreaming of.
JM and Goldeneye are not bad, but also not something that I really want.
+1
ball hits that plastic wall, drops to the table with zero speed and then ih those 3-4" speeds up like it is a jet driven. Even ricochets from targets are not that fast and the path is like 5x longer and the ball has some significant initial speed already. The same goes for the left habitrail...
but you are forgetting that android is runing on 892659835698 different devices and FS can't test them all. Not to mention that even real deal have bugs so sometimes what seem as a bug from FS is actually from real machine.
so, you didn't even red it, but you had to left a comment?
Those modern "instant" kids............. Whatever needs their attention for more than 5s is not god.
well, it is. Mostly. But since a lot of us grew up with some of those tables we probably expect to much. On the other hand, when you have virtual only table it is hard to compare it with something.
yes. But on the real thing you have A LOT more control over nudging, every slap counts for something, good or bad, but it does something. For us who play TPA only on touch screen devices drain monster is drain monster and there's not much you can do. Shake nudge causes unintentional TILTs...
Or if you kickout the ball with the nudge. Not easily repeatable but doable. The game register a second ball but after loosing one flippers are dead.
And one other thing regarding mist multi ball. I got it and then I activated video mode which killed the flippers so I lost the second ball and...
