Oh and according to techradar:
"The opposite is true when it comes to the graphics processor. PS4 boasts a 1.84 teraflop GPU that's based on AMD's Radeon technology. Xbox One graphics chip, also with an AMD Radeon GPU, has a pipeline for 1.31 teraflops."
First off. You cite stats for the gpu...
I have to do better to make a comparison? Good thing you are the authority on who can opine. Thank god you aren't here to have your opinion rebutted or anything. You said that amateurs in their spare time are making a better product and I beg to differ, but you seem to think I said vp sucks or...
That game was hilarious...but I'm glad it was you playing and not me. Honestly I don't find it that offensive or demeaning really though but definitely pointless and poorly done. Her face when you bounce off her huge tracts of land was priceless though.
I actually kinda liked the mystery of...
Those numbers don't necessarily indicate the number of cab owners.
To enjoy full screen tables on vp with a back glass you only need a laptop and a second monitor to lay over top of it with a USB keyboard.
You don't even really need the second monitor to play the game full screen.
Honestly...
I hate to break it to you but with the exception of one or two tables which show essentially high rez static imagery, cartoony bloom flashes for lighting and nothing for ball reflections, nothing in vp even compares visually to TPA on ps4. Especially when playing in desktop orientation.
Yes...
Guilty on both counts
I love both but my preference for the getaway has little to do with the scoring display system. I mean I love the video mode but I feel that the getaway has the perfect rule depth. Enough to do but you can hit red line mania fairly quickly as well. Plus there is secret...
I honestly don't see why a t rating is all that bad a thing. I don't see it getting much higher than that anyway. How many play the game are under 13? Even so, I'm pretty guarded about what my 8 year old daughter sees but I seriously won't sweat it much if a 1 pixel nipple is somewhere in the...
I don't think they want to limit their audience to a single OS, though it would be fair if they ceased XP support as of next month.
Not sure what all the hate is on windows 8, it's mainly Windows 7 that boots faster, runs faster and has a full screen start menu.
Yahtzee is my hero when it comes to game reviewers
Central Park is hardly representative of EM tables, and it's a strange configuration. Big Shot is a much better representation of the era I think, though there were some strange configurations, the two flippers at the bottom was more of a...
It was an afterthought that they never intended on doing in the first place.
They will work on it as long as it's not interfering with their business model.
Honestly, I think a hybrid touch/shake nudge would be awesome. Shake for side to side and a touch zone between the flippers for upward nudging. I know they were having trouble with the accelerometer registering properly as the tablet changes orientation.
I was thinking the same thing.
I play a lot less on my tablet/phone since the steam version came out but they still get a fair amount of play.
Starters, they don't have challenge mode on Steam yet, betas come out first for Android (N/A for most iOS users I suppose), and unless something's...
not sure how that will work.
I tried playing TPA with the HDMI adaptor on my Note2 (and the Galaxy S3) and the performance was abysmal. Even when playing in 1080i which reported 60fps, it was only remotely playable when the ball was moving slowly.
If the iPad is better I'd be interested in...
The thing is, that this results in an all Williams collection. There are many that want Bally Gottlieb and Stern tables to make an appearance. I agree that having 6 Gottliebs in a row was kind of a chore to get through, but at least we can leave them be as Gottlieb is well represented now, at...
