Yes! After a looong dry spell I hit my PB on Centaur! And then of course straight after that I hit my PB on Whirlwind. And then I had my new PB on CP robbed because of a bug.... Will probably be a year or so until next time. But hey, what's up with Pinballarcade.com? It does notice my new best...

It's a very difficult table. Still one of my favourites. Also perhaps the fastest table in TPA.

I sometimes think all the tables have been tuned harder lately...

No surprise in the results then, so far. We'll get Haunted House for Halloween and that is OK with me. Disappointed with the lack of love for Solar ride, though. And Roller disco is actually quite good for a wide body.

I have no problems whatsoever with the sound of that era - on the contrary.

The AAAAH!- sound is the one that gives me the greatest anguish in all of TPA....

Centaur without a doubt. TOTAN i nice too. I'm surprised som many like Whitewater, I can't stand the Yee-haw-mentality myself.

River of Smoke by Amitav Ghosh. I read a lot of Indian novels because I like India and have traveled there quite much. This is part two of a trilogy. Style: Epic. Next one will probably be Skagaboys by Irvine Welsh.

Do I remember correctly that tables of the early eighties came with several different options for sound. I have a distinct memory of playing identical tables with completely different sound at that time? Or have I been dreaming this up? The sound on Goin Nuts must have been a work in progress...

Well, Firepower's acceptable. The other one again seems to be up there with Harley Davidson as the most unloved table in TPA.

Haven't bought the pack (yet) because I haven't had time to play the games in the last pack enough, but even the demo tells me that this could easily become one of my favourite tables.

I'm 48. My two daughters play some TPA but mostly follow my playing. They know all the tables on TPA, though, and have their own favourites.

Kiss is a band that is known to be willing to license anything. But there certainly won't be any freebies. Also probably the ousted members Ace and Peter would need to get their share as I think they still owned the rights to their characters when the pin was made - do not anymore, by the way.

Basically the goodness/badness of any band does not have anything to do with the goodness/badness of any table connected with bands.

I think I've gotten the special on SS (on Ipad). I rarely check out the wizard goals, so I could be wrong. I think it's just programmed to be rare - probably the same IRL. Edit: checked: I have it. Now, getting the spinner value to 7000, that's difficult!
