Dark table with lots of drains without even touching the ball. Video Mode hits me surprisingly from the plunger shot. Voiceovers are creating a nice mood but aren't helpful like on other tables. Scoring depends on the mist ;)
From a technical standpoint this should be like that with maybe just 300 ms latency. Atlantis gives higher scores for shooting neighboring targets. BS was an earlier table, though.
That's a feature. Specials (knocker sound) don't give anything. Neither replays. Not sure about more than one EB per ball. I often hear the 1812 fanfare (w/o mb) but then don't get anything.
EDIT: Played a game where I didn't get the EB for the 7x. It was lit on the 3rd ball after collecting it...
Come on! [emoji3]
Regarding production numbers and thus popularity there other tables leading:
Mata Hari
Play Boy
Eight Ball
The EM Royal Flush also had more than 15000 when adding versions together.
They aren't great but at least the shots are more precise than in VP. You can shoot the center drops in Flame/Fire Reaper easily. The ball however changes and may convert into other materials. Mafia uses a steel ball. Overall a little bit worse than Zen with similar flaws like e.g. lack of bouncing.
I don't like Slick Chick, either. A little bit better already is Gigi.
Poll winner was Wizard! which might be licensed because of its movie relation. It looks pretty unspectular.
Another household name of the 1960s is Buckaroo with the typical roto-target. There are similar tables like Dancing...
RBION is the newest table in TPA and it's a SS.
You can judge tables by ipdb rating and then season 1 leads before 2. FT and BSD are the best of season 3 - ranked about #30.
How much luck is there in the game in the meaning of slot machine luck? I have seen the real thing but was careful. It wasn't popular back in the days.
A lot of rules but in the end you shoot that ramp for millions and avoid drop targets and bumpers. Things got better in the 1990s, though, when I started again playing. EMs were always cheaper to play than SS (5 balls for half the price and more replays than you could count).
Fireball was...
Never heard of solar power?;) Shoot the left orbit for increaing and collecting it. Hold left flipper for status.
Planets always reset. Had Jupiter in my first game but haven't arrived at sun yet.
