I feel like I could find 12 great tables in season one that are better than any table in season 3. Personally, I don't think there are any bad tables in season 3 I just don't think there are any great tables.
But then again, I had a complete pinball binge last month since I found it and had 50...
So when they started they already had a bunch of tables from another company that they paired with new tables?
I worry looking at the newest season that they are going with flashy gimmick heavy tables that impress right away rather than some of the older tables that are not flashy but are all...
Why are there only 10 tables a year and only one at a time now? I am sure this was answered a year ago but I am new. Not only is it a 100% mark up but I am a fan of a lot of the tables like "Haunted House" "Space Shuttle" etc. that I can see getting passed over for more modern flashy tables...
I just noticed the "GOFHER" and "SKINS!" letters carry over to the next game if you keep continuing. Do any of the other Pinball Arcade tables have things features like this?
If you were on a deserted island and could only take 3 tables with you to play for the rest of your life, which will be powered by your monkey butlers running on treadmills, which would they be?
It's your only form of modern entertainment so pick wisely.
And if you need to destroy them for...
The Walking Dead is far from "cult" it had 15 million US viewers per episode. By comparison, Doctor Who's premier this week got 2.2 million US viewers. Walking Dead isn't cult, it's completely mainstream. It took off like Breaking Bad when it was put on Netflix and people could get on board...
I wish the camera angles were more consistent. Some have 4 very different and useful angles. Other tables have 4 very similar angles that leave a lot of the screen unused.
Black Knight is a great table, I hated it at first but trying to beat the standard goals made me realize if I set the camera at high angle, always depress both flippers right after launching to catch the ball immediately and play to keep the balls in the top level that it is a great table. It...
I went to a Doctor Who con in L.A. a few years ago and there was almost no merch for sale, only licensed stuff. The vendors said the owners of Doctor Who were very aggressive and selective about licensing.
Played the Doctor Who Pinball table this weekend. It was pretty great. Looks and sounds really cool and it sort of functions like Monster Bash where you have to collect each of the first 7 doctors with each of them unlocking a bonus feature when you unlock them and then have to defeat the...
Finished Gorgar yesterday. I stopped trying to get the last one and just tried to get a new high score and must have gotten the 5th wizard goal in the process without noticing.
A 16-bit looking character standing in front of books in not an "actors" likeness. I am almost positive they Williams never needed to licence Keanu's likeness. Dracula is all make-up so they are using the character and not Oldman's likeness either. The Reinfeld almost looks like Tom Waits but...
Yeah, it's a huge gaping hole, I wonder if they had to pay Winona Rider for this likeness. ...sorry, was that bad? Just sayin' I've heard some things about Winona, is all.
