Across the street from LACC on Vermont (Los Angeles Community College) there is an arcade. Adjacent to that is a shop, always closed, that sells and rents pinball. I believe you have to call to make an appointment. Just go into the arcade and ask. They have much more pinball than there is space...
I found quite a bit of pinball in Provo the short time I was there. I wonder if my high score on Pirates of the Caribbean still stands? (Initials PPP)
Forgot to mention, well there are really only 2 bars in Provo and one that isn't scary... they have lots of pool tables, forgot the name. And I...
The Pinball scene in New York city has suddenly exploded. In the 90s when I moved here, I would go to a few bars to play pinball and those same bars have tables now. Then around 2000 or so, it seemed to die out, and now suddenly there is pinball everywhere. http://www.pinballnyc.com/ A skate...
A very easy way to lock balls and get the 3 mil shot is to first hit the monster slide, then the ball lock. The momentum of the ball makes hitting the lock much easier. Hitting the ball lock from a trapped ball is much more difficult and probably riskier. The Monster slide is a pretty safe shot...
I find this goal far too easy. I've recently twice got the special from the barbeque bonus without even aiming for it. Kinda glad its like that, though, because aiming for the deadheads is foolish.
OK so today during multiball, I got a jackpot, and lost one ball. Another ball got stuck in the barbecue pit, allowing me to have an extended, non frenetic "multiball". I looped three 250,000 party ramps on the left ramp twice, then managed to loop 5 in a row... and still no double slide...
I have the same problem and I don't get it. After a jackpot, I have, at least 4 times, hit the Monster Slide 2 times in a row, usually after a ball looped around. Just now I hit it two times right in a row with 2 different balls: super quick succession. I feel there must be something wrong...
Any tips for completing Mosh Pit Wizard goal? I got the timing for getting 4 balls in play down, but I find it very difficult to get balls under control in multiball on this table, making it very difficult to consistently get off a well aimed shot up the Frank ramp. I don't even know my best...
Good to hear. Now I don't have to kill myself trying to achieve that goal! Too bad, though. I've had games where I did almost everything on the table BUT Super Jets...
I need help hitting the left ramp. Just aiming for it seems to be the surest way for me to drain a ball. I will often have every other target well advanced, and this one still without a single hit. PS, I'm on PS3. On my buds iPad it seems different. On PS3 I don't think I've ever successfully...
I wish that when tournaments are added to PS3 version, that we will have local tournament option, exactly as it was on Williams Pinball Hall of Fame. I love selecting number of players and numbers of tables, and still throw in the disc to use exactly this option.
