I haven't had TPA installed on my phone for a while. So I saw this thread and opened the recently-updated app on my Nexus 7 tablet. I'm used to pressing "cancel" when I launch the app, as I do not want Google Games to track my progress or whatever it does, but the new interface is truly awful!
I've had 2 such notifications, and found no way in app settings to disable, so I did this today:
Settings > Apps > Pinball Arcade > uncheck "Show notifications", which should disable this unwanted new feature.
As Crawley said, the Tom Taylor spot in suburban Milwaukee is only opened to the general public once a year (as far as I know) during the Midwest Gaming Classic in April. The main focus of his large collection is electro-mechanical tables, and Gottlieb in particular. I attended this year, and as...
Nice report! I'll have to bum a ride out to the 'burbs to visit.

I will be in attendance for my second year of MGC, including the Tom Taylor electro-mechanical pole barn open house extravaganza on Friday evening. Can't wait!

It's an exciting time to be a pinball enthusiast here in Chicago!
I've not been to Emporium since the expansion (and I'm certainly not inclined to display my mediocre skills in a tournament setting), and I need to re-visit. The Blind Robin bar in drunken stumbling distance from my home has now...
