Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the following tables have been name-dropped in the table descriptions for the 4 beta tables. Non-TPA tables are in bold.
Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure
Taxi
Diner
Police Force
Big Guns
The Shadow
Attack from Mars
Black Knight
F-14 Tomcat...
Gotta agree with that. Nothing against those guys personally, but they clearly only know the bare minimum but still try to act like experts. It's also pretty clear that their target audience isn't pinball fans.
Some of the table descriptions already mentioned a few tables that TPA never had, like Big Guns and Space Station. I know that's really not a confirmation or anything, but still an interesting thing to point out.
If they were going to do that, they would have done it with Star Wars, Guardians, Iron Maiden, etc. already. I'm thinking they haven't figured out the whole LCD situation on these new pins.
No offense, but you're kind of wasting your time with these super long posts. Nobody is going to be on board with advertisements, no matter how many ways you try to make it sound like a good idea.
Whoever came up with the wizard goals for Getaway need to be slapped. They're all so tedious and not any fun to go for. Like, 15M secret mania? First you have to be lucky enough to get secret mania in the first place. Then you have to hope the ball ends up in the pop bumpers, since that's the...
I have the PSN issue. I thought that I accidentally skipped Season 4, but it turns out I did buy it and I just don't have the entitlements for whatever reason. There's no way to download the tables individually because they don't even show up anywhere for me.
If smaller pinball companies are in any way an option, we need to convince Farsight to get Total Nuclear Annihilation in the game. No licensed theme, not a very complicated design, and even though it has an LCD it isn't entirely necessary to the game as it also has a standard numeric score...
AC/DC (trial version) appears to be glitched on PC for me, but in a sort of good way. I just played a 10-15 minute game on it without it kicking me back to the menu for reaching the score limit. And I ended up with the grand champion score. None of the goals seemed to trigger, however.
Kingpin is easily the best Capcom. I'm glad it's finally getting a remake so more people can play it. But I'd take all of them except Flipper Football.
Hollywood Heat is one of my favorite tables ever. One of the most overlooked and underrated games of all time. After that, I'd go for Operation Thunder (been wanting this one for a long time too), Surf n Safari, Devil's Dare, and Robo War.
I played a Flipper Football at the old pinball museum in DC before it closed down. It wasn't very good from what I recall. That museum has been gone for years though, so I probably won't get another shot at it anytime soon.
