They aren't in the current alpha, but yes, there's supposed to be multiple views in future builds. Also a special cabinet view as well, and support for a real DMD.
The good news is that everything is prerendered graphics except for the balls, so system requirements should actually be quite low. This is why there'll be able to be an Android/iOS version too. The test version requires OpenGL 1.5, so anything newer than an Intel 945 will hopefully be able to...
They've told us that in the final version you'll have the choice of the classic 1997 Timeshock! physics engine, and a new updated engine.
Flipper moving down when the ball hits is currently in (and if you use glass off mode to hit the flipper from underneath, it moves the flipper up).

This is a Pro Pinball game, so there's a fully functional operator's menu including tests for individual flashers, and a burn-in test mode. Want me to make a recording of any of those?
Correct, currently none of the mechanical animations are in except for the flippers and the ball. There's suppose to be a magnetic crane arm that picks up the ball.

The lighting is adjustable still, I just wasn't fiddling with it because I was playing. Also not all of the flashers have finished rendering if I remember correctly.

Edit: Videos have finished processing, and as suspected they were converted to 30fps. 60fps versions are still up on my server.
