I can't get over them praising nudge buttons in that review! While for some reason the accelerometer doesn't work over OTG, having physical buttons for nudge is next to useless. My Pinscape board will fix that ;-)

I have no discernible lag over OTG. I do not use the cloud streaming feature.

The weird volume adjustment thing sort of works. I still get obnoxious rumbling. I added double-sided black tape around the exciters and it still happens! AtGames is sending too much audio to those exciters. They're not speakers.
