The valedictorian of a graduating class (from high school, from an academy, etc.) is the one who achieved the highest grades amongst his or her classmates. Hence the highest-scoring players of the "Class of 1812" could be considered its valedictorians.

I like how the high scores are named on Premiers. Victory, the other table in this pack, has them named "The Victors"... Monte Carlo has them as "High Rollers"...
