First time I've seen this happen anywhere other than Cirqus Voltaire as far as I can remember. Playing on ipad3.
It happened after making a ball disappear, the camera went to the plunger but the new ball seemed to be stuck just above the plunger with the ' 2 balls clanging together ' metalic noise playing continuously ( even though there was only 1 ball there at that time ). Plunging the ball just sent it a short way up the lane and back down again. Calling the attendant introduced the 2nd ball, plunging got nowhere then and tilting didn't work either as it doesn't in plunger view. At this point I had to end the game obviously.
