Addams Family 20th Anniversary Edition

Looks like someone on Future Pinball decided to make a recreation / "upgrade" to Addams Family. Let's see the pros and cons of this game.

Pros:

The music fits EXTREMELY well. Every mode is accompanied by music from the scene for that mode. It's a very well done idea.
The sounds are awesome. There were some that made me laugh out loud (Match sequence, the entirety of Tunnel Hunt).
Hilarious quotes. "Not in this house!"
Cousin It's Hideout and other items from the Gold Edition return.
You get to hear the Addams Groove as attract music.

Cons:

They completely RUINED multiball. It starts really quickly... I mean, you still get your "SHOWTIME!", but there's no deafening bass to come with it at all. Admittedly, I think that it's a little straightforward...
Quotes can get really annoying really quickly. I can see that the Thing Flips suffer from this a lot.
They didn't show THUUUUA MAMUSHKAAAA at all in the video! What's with that?

First off, WHY DO PEOPLE PLAY WITH THAT STUPID FOLLOW THE BALL CAMERA!

Second, if I want to get these tables from either FP or VP; I rather have the original instead of these revised ones.

Proof that more is not always better. I understand that it's a fan project and I respect the work that went into it, but it sounds like someone is flailing away on a soundboard of movie clips. A large part of the charm in TAF is the actors' voices and the integration with the modes. This is wayyyy too noisy and spastic for my tastes.

Better move this post to the "Other pinball games" section. Some of us might get a fit, thinking about Future Pinball as "Real Pinball"

I agree with Karl. I saw this topic in this section and thought maybe somebody was doing something special with the real machines for the anniversary, then seeing it was for FP became very anti-climactic.
