android vs console physics?

Are the ball physics different on an android? I'm a console user, and I finally got to play the android version on my friends new Galaxy Note 3. The ball felt totally different on his tablet, more floaty didn't feel like the ball was actually rolling. I thought it felt so much better on a console, or is it my imagination?

Xbox physics haven't been updated in a long, long time.

Exactly my point I just noticed the guy's profile said he's playing on X360, so I assumed that's what he meant by consoles.

Oh God yeah the physics on Xbox are awful. Horribly out of date. The engine has gone through some really significant changes since then.

I fired up my Xbox and immediately turned it right back off as soon as one of the balls fell through a flipper. Amazing what a difference a year makes.
