Views 1-3 stay at 30-31 fps.  once i shut down the pc, it all goes back to 30-31 fps in all views. alt tab doesn’t make any differences. i’ve tried all suggestions in this thread but nothing has worked aside from reinstalling graphics drivers each time i want to play.  Hopefully this will be fixed soon.  It seems like several people with GTX 960’s are having the issue...coincidence?My pc is running windows 7 64 professional.
