Arcooda Cabinet Mode with PinDMD v2

Does anyone have this working? I'm a little frustrated it didn't just work out of the box, since Arcooda claimed to have DMD support. I have tried using DMDExt, but it just sits there saying it is waiting for Pinball Arcade (DX 11) to start. I guess it because I am running Pinball Arcade Cabinet Mode (DX 11)? I tried running without cabinet mode and I do have DMD support there.

Until the PR gets put in a binary, you can rename the PinballArcadeCabinet.exe binary to PinballArcade11.exe (after naming the existing version to something like PinballArcade11.exe.original) and tell TPA to run DX 11 version, DMD support will work.
