Back Buffer Width & Height Fro DX 11??

Are the res settings for DX11 in TPA broken, i have a 1440p minitor so 2560x1440, it i set the Width to 2560 and height to 1440 then when i load TPA the display doesnt fill the screen, ive tried messing around with these value but can see to get it to fit the screen correctly
