Mac - Bug Ball stuck entering lower playfield

Made the shot to enter the lower PF. Camera zooms in , but the ball never comes into play. Call attendant says the ball is not stuck and call is cancelled.

Interesting note to add. This problem is intermittent. I just played again and it worked fine several times and then stuck all in the same game.

I've had this problem too. It has occurred 2-3 times, but it doesn't happen frequently.
