Yeah, I bought it back in '99 and used to play it on my laptop during class at NMU

Options - Table View - Single Screen

That being said, the table shows on 1 side, and the dmd and artwork show on the right. In the GOG version, it runs in a window. Pressing Alt-Enter goes full screen though (On the actual table, not the menu).
