Hard to say. They would have to license the film from Columbia and/or American Zeotrope. In addition Anthony Hopkins and Gary Oldman are on the backglass and Gary Oldman recorded voices for the table.

Yeah other than that there is no real actor likeness on the table....unless you include the additional decals that were placed over the outlanes of Keanu Reeves & Winona Ryder. But I'm not sure if these were factory standard!?

Those never went into production. Apparent one or more of the actors wouldn't sign off of them.
