[Bug] Cirqus Voltaire - NEON light is always ON

I don't own an Xbox One but from the videos posted it looks like the Neon is stuck on. This means the light show isn't anywhere near as impressive as the PS4 version.

Played CV for an Hour today, the Neon is Always Turned on.
