Buy Full Version of Ghostbusters Pinball

Is there anyway to buy the unlimited play version of Ghostbusters Pinball? I ran out of tokens and the counter for giving me free ones just stays at zero. My only options are to buy more tokens or a 24 hour pass. I'd rather just buy the whole thing outright but I'm not seeing the option. Is it not available on the Kindle version?
