My desktop system runs Windows 7 on 3 40GB SSD's in RAID 0 (Drive C). To gain more space on Drive C, could I transfer or reinstall P.A. on my 500GB data drive (not SSD)? If so, what would be the procedure. Also, would the performance of P.A. be compromised by running it off of the data drive? Thanks for any help.

I assume it'd be the same as moving any Steam game from one drive to another. So check general Steam help to see how you would move the installation folder of a game.
As for performance, I don't think there'd be any kind of performance hit since all the assets for a table are loaded in one go, they're in memory. I've certainly got no performance issues with my setup, which is similar to yours (with the exception I've always installed all my games on the "data" disk).
