Can't Download Tables

I tried emailing support about this but have not received a response.

I am unable to download any new tables for pinball arcade and Ghostbusters pinball. It has not always been an issue. It started happening a few updates ago. When I click to download a table, the progress bar starts moving and usually gets stuck approx 1/4 of the way through. The app then hangs for some time and then crashes to the desktop. The strange thing is that the wifi connection gets interrupted when this happens. I have to wait for it to reestablish a connection. I have no problems with my wifi dropping with any other apps or at any other time for that matter. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and it still happens. The game is now unplayable as I have no tables installed and cannot download any. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be appreciated. I am using a Nexus 9 with android 5.0.1.

Step 1: Restart your router (if you already haven't done so)

Step 2: Try downloading again.

Step 3: If you still can't download you can pull down my back up of all DLC from https://copy.com/RDgMovzfFEcc3MCU.

Download that to your /sdcard/Android/data/com.Farsight.../files/ folder and all tables you have entitlements to should be playable.

The router and modem has been reset several times. It's not a router issue. Also, I can download tables to my phone on the same network without issues. Thanks for a link to the files but I'm having trouble accessing them. All i get from Copy is "Loading...Sorry, this is taking longer than expected". Could you share the folder directly with Copy account? jebspring@hotmail.com

If you go to Settings > Apps > Pinball Arcade, what does it say under Permissions?
It should be allowed to modify, delete and read USB storage, Have full network access, view wifi connections, and receive data from the internet.

It has full permission to modify or delete USB storage, full network access, recieve data and view wifi networks
