Just Ed Krynski, the guy who designed over 200 machines for Gottlieb from 1965 to 1987.

1000 is actually not that tough--once you get the Specials going, at least : o. Try giving the ball some nudges when its in the upper area to get a little more action on the bumpers and targets.

Don't get me wrong I think it's a great table but its very frustrating, but really fun.

Thanks for the tips, I tried the nudging but if I nudge it tilts. I seems that it tilts more now after the last update or it might just be in my mind.

the specials have nothing to do with the goal of getting 1000 on one ball, which has me totally stumped. I can collect all 15 extra balls, but still can't keep one in play long enough for the 1000.

That 1000 on one ball takes a considerable amount of luck. You can get 200 or so from a good trip to the upper half of the playfield if the ball rattles around the bumpers and number targets for a while. Getting 1000 is really just a matter of doing that five times without draining.

It took me the best part of 2 hours to get the 1,000 points on one ball goal, but I finally made it, after some agonizing close calls.

Now, 3m+ on Genie? That's a different story entirely....
