Bug Champion Pub crashes TPA on start - PC v.1.40

Noted in the PC 1.40 bugs thread but I thought I'd remark on it in case people check the individual game forums:

Champion Pub won't start in 1.40, in either the DX9 or DX11 versions. It'll crash your entire game, in fact, and you may have to go to the Task Manager to get out. Don't try to play it until this is fixed!

Were working on a fix for this in the next update.
