Changelog for Updates?

I know that on Android when updating there is a "What's New" section just as with every other app, but since the PS3 does not natively have this feature, is there a website or other way to view the changelogs for the updates?

Having just recently updated to the latest version of TPA on the PS3, I can't seem to notice any difference between the previous version and the current version, and I'd like to see what has been changed exactly.

I am aware that this has been discussed before, but I do not believe any solution or answer was achieved. This actually is an important issue, and having several friends that are developers (not of TPA) I do know that a well-kept changelog can be very useful both to developers and end-users.

Thanks,

That's the thing I don't understand. Why keep the changes secret?
One of my friends said "it's because they aren't really doing anything." But if that was the case, then why release an update at all?
Then again, if they were actually doing something, why not make the list public?

It makes no sense to me regardless.
One of my developer buddies commented that writing changelogs was the most rewarding part of a release for him, he likened it to placing the final brush-stroke on a masterpiece. I would think that would be a mostly universal feeling... Though I suppose not.

The best example of a Changelog on a PSN game I can think of is Dead Nation.

Housemarquee used to make a ton of improvements along the way and they gave detailed explanations on each change via the help/Changelog option in game.
