Changing from comcast to fios new email address for Apple ID . What to do!

I will be losing my comcast email address and it's my Apple ID. If I put my new Verizon email in my Apple ID will I lose all my tables? I have all of them. Thanks for your help! Gary

You should be able to change your Apple ID. http://www.imore.com/how-change-email-address-associated-your-apple-id
