Config utility? Where is it now?

Some time ago it was on the black start box of TPA after rebooting. There was also another way from within a single table. Now I can't find it any longer. I would like to change some settings.

In your Steam Library, left row, right click on Pinball Arcade -> Launch Configuration Utility

Some time ago it was on the black start box of TPA after rebooting. There was also another way from within a single table. Now I can't find it any longer. I would like to change some settings.

If I run Pinball Arcade from Steam, like any other game, I get a popup with 2 checkable options: Play Pinball Arcade or Launch Configuration Utility. There is no need to right click, just run the game and you should get a box to pick 1 of the those 2 options, once chosen you press Play and it will either launch the game or the configuration utility.
